Guangxi GIG Yinhai Aluminium Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinhai Aluminium") was founded by Guangxi Investment Group Co., Ltd. on November 20, 2007. It is a secondary platform company dedicated to the professional operation and management of aluminium. Yinhai Aluminium shoulders the heavy responsibility of giving full play to the resource superiority of Guangxi, and cultivating Guangxi's aluminium industry with a scale of RMB 100 billion. With 31 shareholding and holding enterprises as the subsidiaries, Yinhai Aluminium has obtained the dual AA+ corporate credit rating, becoming the pioneer of aluminium enterprises that realize an operation revenue exceeding RMB 100 billion in Guangxi, and also the largest aluminium products manufacturer in Guangxi. The aluminium oxide capacity is 2.2 million tons per year, accounting for 26% of that of Guangxi; the electrolytic aluminium capacity is 700,000 tons per year, accounting for 32% of that of Guangxi; the capacity of carbon for aluminium products is 920,000 tons per year, accounting for 85.7% of that of Guangxi; the capacity of aluminium cyclostyle is 500,000 square meters per year; the total aluminium processing capacity is 2 million tons per year.
